14 years ago Julie Kendhammer started Julie's Tax Service out of her West Salem home while raising her 3 children. Recently she noticed the property management industry was an under-serviced sector and in need of quality managers.

Julie has set out to change the industry by focusing on ways to improve the customer service experience that property owners and tenants are receiving. With honesty and integrity Four Seasons Property & Account Management will achieve this.
